The Architectural Department at Plumb, Tuckett & Associates provides commercial and residential services for a variety of projects. We have worked on interior tenant spaces, strip malls, office buildings, daycare facilities, condominiums, medical and dental offices, restaurants, churches, townhouses and single family custom homes. Our standard services work with the client from initial concept through construction of their project.

Our standard services include five basic phases of work: schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and/or negotiations, and construction administration. Not all projects require each phase of work and each project is assessed on an individual basis for their particular needs. Our fees are not based on a percentage of construction cost or amount per square foot. We feel this is not fair to the Owner. Our fees are predicated on time management analysis of past projects of similar scope, complexity and size. Costs for our services will either be at our current hourly rates or, for larger projects, a lump sum amount divided over each phases of work.

We believe our projects shall be team collaborations between the Owner and PTA to produce a solution that is a reflection of the Owner. Our most important design consideration is for those who will use the newly developed environment.
